The Suzuki Association of Minnesota Fall Workshop is a three-day event held on the West Bank Campus of the University of Minnesota. Sessions will be held in multiple rooms at two different locations, please reference the published schedule to determine where classes will be held. Check in at the registration table to receive your packet of workshop materials.

GENERAL DIRECTIONS TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA CAMPUS

The Twin Cities campus at the University of Minnesota is one of the largest urban campuses in the country, spanning five miles from east to west. The University is sectioned into three areas : East Bank, West Bank and St. Paul. The Minneapolis campus is within blocks of two major highway arteries – I-35W (north/south) and I-94 (east/west). DIRECTIONS TO THE WEST BANK MINNEAPOLIS CAMPUS

Northbound on I-35W
Drive on I-35W past downtown Minneapolis. Stay to the right and take the exit for “3rd St U of M” (Exit 17C). Continue in the middle lane and exit at “U of M West Bank.” Turn right at the traffic signal at the end of the offramp on to Washington Avenue S. The road will curve right and become Cedar Avenue. Turn left at 3rd Street. Continue on 3rd St. on the right (do not take the ramp on the left to the Washington Ave. bridge; that goes to East Bank).

Southbound on I-35W
Exit at University Avenue/4th Street (Exit 18). Turn left at the second traffic signal onto University Avenue. Then turn right on 10th Avenue and continue across the 10th Avenue Bridge. On the south side of the bridge, the road becomes 19th Avenue. Campus is to your left.

Eastbound on I-94
Exit at 25th Avenue (Exit 235A). Turn left on 25th Avenue and then left again on Riverside Avenue. Campus will be on your right.

Westbound on I-94
Exit at Riverside Avenue (Exit 235A). Turn right and follow Riverside Avenue for a few blocks. Campus is on your right.

CAMPUS PARKING

The nearest parking to the Fall Workshop sessions is the 21st Avenue Ramp and the 19th Avenue Ramp. Both offer hourly parking payable upon exit and accept cash or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover). No other large events are currently scheduled in the area however if one occurs, parking may be payable upon entrance to the ramp.
